10 Walking Rotational Lunges with med ball

3 Rounds

LIFT

1: Bench Press (5-5-5-5-5)

Warm up then start your first set at 60% and work up to heavy for the day.

Rest about 2 minutes between sets

MOVE

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute AMRAP

15 Burpees

20 Sit-ups

25 Air Squats
