3) Box Jumps
Each Minute is 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest.
You do not need to work max effort for 30 seconds. Pick an intensity and try to keep a solid average through out the entire 30 minutes
Keep track of your Rep for each minute. Round 1 will accumulated rowing calories. 2 will be HSPU. 3 will be Box jumps.
