CFUJ Training

1: Back Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

16 minutes to work up to a heavy 3 day the day

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

OTM – As long as possible

1) 1 KB Swings + 5 Push-ups

2) 2 KB Swings + 5 Push-ups

3) 3 KB Swings + 5 Push-ups

4) continue pattern until last person standing

*if someone is still working up the OTM – continues each minute with 5 reps of each movement
