On the Minute x 5:

Minute #1 – 2 Hang Squat Cleans

Minute #2 – 2 Hang Squat Cleans

Minute #3 – 2 Hang Squat Cleans

Minute #4 -2 Hang Squat Clean

Minute #5 -2 Hang Squat Clean

Rest 2:00

On the Minute x 5:

1 Hang Squat Clean, building in load.
First 5 minutes stay relatively light to focus on movement patterns and speak – gradually building in weight.

Second 5 minutes build in weight as form allows working to a heavy single

2: Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds:

15 Hang Cleans (115/85)

15 Lateral Barbell Burpees

Rx Plus = 135/95lbs
