1: Power Clean (1-1-1-1-1)

15 minutes to work to as heavy as possible

-then-

15 minute EMOM

1 Power Clean @ 70-75% of above

2: Bench Press (8-8-6-6)

Bench Press:

– 1 x 8 at 65%

– 1 x 8 at 70%

– 1 x 6 at 80%

– 1 x 6 at 85%

-then-

4 x 15 Bent Over Barbell Rows
