30 sec plank (engage your core!)
2: Deadlift (4-4-4)

*warm up to something challenging for the day then hit 3 heavy sets of 4.
3: Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20-Minute AMRAP of:
Find a pace and hold it. Maintaining pace is key. The early stages will feel “easy” but as time keeps ticking the insensity will increase if you’ve kept your same pace. Start too fast and you’ll slow down too much on the back half.
