– 1 x 5 at 60%

– 1 x 3 at 70%

– 1 x 3 at 75%

– 1 x 1 @ 80%

*big emphasis on speed

2: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds: 1 Round every 6 minutes.

2 Minutes on/4 minutes rest:

10 Cal Row

10 Burpees

+AMRAP DB Snatches 50/35lbs
