1: Metcon (Weight)

Find 1RM for the following complex:

Clean Pull (with shrug)

Hang Squat Clean

Jerk

2: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds: 1 Every 6 Minutes.

2 Minute AMRAP of:

20 Wall Ball Shots 20/14lbs

+max Burpees in time remaining.

Rx Plus – 30/20lbs

3: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

50 Strict HSPU in as few sets as possible
