1: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

TEAM OF 2

WOD: 25 minutes (20 sec on/40 sec off)

5 minutes – Push-ups

5 minutes – KB Swings at 53/35 lbs

*5 minutes – Sit Ups

5 minutes – Goblet Squats

5 minutes – Burpees

*No breaks during 5 minutes, each person completes as many reps as possible
