WOD: 25 minutes (20 sec on/40 sec off)

5 minutes – Push-ups

5 minutes – KB Swings at 53/35 lbs

*5 minutes – Turkish Getups 53/35 lbs

5 minutes – Squat Jumps

5 minutes – Burpees

*No breaks during 5 minutes, each person has their own weight
