*complete 25/20 push-ups after every set

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner WOD

20 min AMRAP

10 Deadlift 225/155lbs

10 Toes to Bar

10 Burpees

*partner A does a 150m overhead walk with 45lbs/25lbs – partner B completes as many rounds as possible

*keep track of your own reps (not total partner reps) and begin where you left off from last set
