With a continuously running clock:

9 minutes to complete:
1 mile relay run
Complete as many strict pull ups as possible.

10 minutes to complete 1 mile relay run
Complete as many push ups as possible.

11 minutes to complete 1 mile relay run
Complete as many sit ups as possible.
