DO I NEED EXPERIENCE, SOME LEVEL OF FITNESS, OR A WORKOUT/WEIGHT LIFTING BACKGROUND?

No. Our workouts will be scaled to your abilities.

HOW DO I START WORKING OUT AT CROSSFIT URBAN JUNGLE?

You can contact us for a Free Trial Membership and experience CrossFit Urban Jungle firsthand. If you’ve already taken your free trial and would like to become a member, please call us at (214) 830-5977.


WHAT IF I’M TOTALLY OUT OF SHAPE?

You have to start somewhere. Many new comers are “scared” of the intense training that CrossFit Urban Jungle has to offer and throw a line at us like, “let me get in shape and then I’ll join your class.” So you’re plan is to get in shape, to get in shape?

Don’t be alarmed or discouraged, we scale all workouts – from intensity, reps, and loads to your fitness level in order to build your fitness level from the ground up. We want longevity, not 2 weeks strong then hit a wall or plateau and fizzle out.
CrossFit Urban Jungle will get you in shape faster than just about any
other program out there.


IS CROSSFIT URBAN JUNGLE SAFE?

Yes. All of our classes are supervised by CrossFit Level 1 Trainer-certified coaches and/or NASM Certified Trainers. We teach proper technique and reinforce proper methods of training during every class.


HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE ANY BENEFITS? 

You will see changes in your body within the first several weeks if you put in the effort.


WHAT ABOUT MY DIET?

Diet and nutrition are a big part of being fit and healthy. We’ll guide you on the right path and give you support.


WHAT DO THE WORKOUTS CONSIST OF?

Warm-up, mobility work, technique/skill training and a quick intense workout.


WHY SHOULD I WORKOUT AT CROSSFIT URBAN JUNGLE AND NOT
ANY OTHER GYM?

We’re different. Besides a great facility, family atmosphere, and fitness community , CrossFit Urban Jungle delivers a unique program with individual supervision in a small class setting. Our workouts are fun, addictive and we get results!


WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We are open Monday, Tuesday Wednesday-Friday with a 5am, 6am, 8am, 9am class.
Monday through Friday with evening classes starting at 5pm and 6pm. We are also open Saturday morning at 10am. (every class is a hour long)

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO THE TRAINERS HAVE?

All of our coaches are CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certified. Read about our coaches here


I’M IN GREAT SHAPE, IS CROSSFIT URBAN JUNGLE GOING TO HELP ME?

You bet! Workouts are scaled to your abilities. Military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and elite athletes train at CrossFit Urban Jungle with great results.
