-Warm up and hit a set every 3 minutes

-first set should be challenging but allow room to work up each set

1b: Bent Over Row (5-5-5-5)

-Warm up and hit a set right after each set of bench press

-first set should be challenging but allow room to work up each set

– work to a heavy 5 rep for the day. Make sure you keep your range thought out the movement

MOVE

2: Metcon (No Measure)

18 minute EMOM

1) 10 Toes to Bar

2) 15 Push Ups

3) 15/12 Calorie Row*

*scale to max calorie in 40 seconds
