18 minutes to work up to moderate weight. Start at 60% of 1RM after warm up and build up by feel. Not Maximal.

Rest about 2 minutes between sets

3 Rounds for time of:
400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
12 Pull-ups
18 minute cap
