15 minutes work up to heavy 8 for the day – try to add 5-10lbs from last weeks lift

MOVE

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP

1 Deadlift

10 Toes to Bar

Run 200m
You pick the weight. Weight should be heavy but not maximal. (70% of 1RM is a good start)
