*starting at 70% work up in weight

2: Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

On the 5:00 x 5 Rounds:

9 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)

15/12 Calorie Row

9 Deadlifts (225/155lbs)

15 Wall Balls 20/14lbs

A: Metcon (Time)

10 Sets for time:

30% of Max Strict Handstand Pushups

Using last week’s max effort test for percentage work. Each set must be unbroken, and athletes are to rest as needed between.

B: Metcon (Time)

2 Rounds:

18-15-12-9: Calorie Bike

Rest :30s between sets, and 3:00 between rounds.
