1 Front Squat

2: Metcon (Weight)

Pausing Front Squat + Split Jerk

5 Sets, resting as needed between:

1 Pausing Front Squat (5s in bottom)

1 Split Jerk

3: Metcon (No Measure)

5×5 Bent Over Barbell Rows

3×8 Bent Over DB Rows

3×12 Straight Arm Lat Pull Down (with band)

10am: Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds

400m Run

25 Synchro Wall Balls 20/14lbs

20 You go/I go Burpees

25 Synchro Sit-ups
