1: Metcon (Weight)

1 Rounds every 2 minutes x 7 Rounds

2 Power Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats
Work up in weight if technique allows

2: Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds

40 Double Unders

12 Pull-ups

*pace for unbroken / Rx Plus – 3 Burpees for a break on Double Unders or a drop off the bar before 12 pull-ups
