1: Front Squat

Alternating On the Minute x 12 (6 Rounds):

Odd Minutes: 1 Front Squat

Even Minutes: 3 Back Squats

Barbell Loaded at 80% of 1RM Front Squat For Both Lifts

2: Metcon (Time)

For time:

Run 800 meters

Then, 10 rounds of:

10 HSPU

10 Single Leg Box Step-ups (5/5)

Then, run 800 meters
