100 Pumpkin Squat Cleans

75 Pumpkin Pull-ups

(Partner holds pumpkin over head while partner peforms pull-up)

150 Pumpkin Squats Toss over Rig

75 Pumpkin Burpees

100 Pumpkin Sit-ups

400m Pumpkin Run

Use a medicine ball (20/14 lb) as your pumpkin
