1: Deadlift (7-7-7)

15 minutes to build up to a heavy 7 for the day.

*not meant to be maximal as it is difficult to keep adequate form for higher rep sets. Take 3-4 working sets tops .

2: Free Fall (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)

20 Wallballs (20/14)
