Gymnastics Pushing Complex:

4 Unbroken Sets:

5 Strict HSPU

5 Hand Release Push Ups

5 Kipping HSPU

– Rest as needed

C: Strict Press (5-5-5)

Strict Press:

– 3 x 5 Reps at 72.5%

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3x1000m Row
