1: Back Squat (3-3-3-3)

Work to as heavy as possible. First set of 3 should start at about 75-80% of 1RM.

Warm up with a set of 10-8-6-4

2: Metcon (Time)

For time:

5 Rounds

5 Deadlifts 275/185lbs

10 Kipping Pull-ups
