100 Chest to Bar Pull-ups/Pull-ups

40 Double Unders per partner

150 Push-ups

30 Double Unders per partner

200 Sit-ups

20 Double Unders per partner

250 Squats

10 Double Unders per partner

*partner wod / share the reps as wanted

Rx Plus

3 Burpees each time you mess up on double unders
