1: Back Squat

Warm up to 65-70% if 1RM

-then-

8 minute AMRAP of as many squats as possible.

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

11 minute AMRAP of:

5 Hang Power Snatch 95/65lbs

40 Double Unders

Rx Plus – 115/75lbs

1A: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8 minute AMRAP Back Squats at 65-70% of 1RM
