4 reps @ 70% of 1RM for 6 minutes

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

16 Minute AMRAP of:

400m Run

15 Overhead Squats 95/65lbs

3: Metcon (No Measure)

Tabata x 2

1) Front Plank/Hollow Hold

2) Side Plank/Side Plank
