15 HANG SQUAT SNATCH

15 BAR FACING BURPEES

9 SQUAT SNATCH

9 BAR FACING BURPEES

Men will use 20lb Wall Ball and 95# Barbell

Women will use 14lb Wall Ball and 65# Barbell
