1: Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

take 15 minutes to work up to a heavy 3 rep Front Squat with a 2 second pause in the bottom.

2: Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 Sets: 1 every 4 minutes

50 Double Unders

15 C2B Pull-ups

15 Wall Balls 30/20lbs

3: Metcon (Distance)

25 minute run – Conversational pace
