AMRAP in 60” Wall Ball Shots at 20/14#

AMRAP in 60” KBS at 53/35#

– Rest 3 min

3: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

E2MOM for 5 Rounds:

Strict HPSU

– Try to keep the same unbroken number of reps for each round
