1 set every 2 minutes working up in weight – start around 75% of 1RM

2: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds: 1 Every 5 min

AMRAP in 2 min:

300/250m Row

+ Max Wall Ball Shots at 20/14lbs

Rx Plus = 30/20lbs

3: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

E2MOM – 5 sets

Strict HSPU

*try to maintain the number of sets for each set
