1 Power Clean @ 70%

1 Squat Clean @ 75%

2: Bench Press (8-8-6-6)

Bench Press:

– 1 x 8 at 65%

– 1 x 8 at 70%

– 1 x 6 at 80%

– 1 x 6 at 85%

3: Strict Press (5-5-5-5)

Strict Press:

– 1 x 5 at 60%

– 1 x 5 at 70%

– 1 x 5 at 75%

– 1 x 5 at 80%

4: Metcon (No Measure)

For Quality:

50 Turkish Get Ups at 53/35#

– Alternate by 5 each side
