2: Metcon (Time)

For Time:

800m Run

60 Wall Ball Shots at 20/14#

40 Burpees

20 C2B Pull-Ups

Rx Plus

20 Bar Muscle Ups

3: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EOMOM for 5 Rounds:

10-15 Strict HSPU

– Maintain the same # of unbroken reps per set
