Work up to heavy as possible for the last set after warming up then using rep scheme above

2: Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds

10 Deadlifts 225/155lbs

20 Wall Balls

3: Metcon (No Measure)

20 sec on / 10 sec off for 4 Minutes
