Take a few warm up sets and hit 3 heavy working sets – if it feels right go big

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 MINUTE AMRAP

15 Push-ups

10 Pistols

5 Pull-ups

Rx Plus – C2B

*run 400m at the 6 minute mark and 14 minute mark
Challenge yourself on quality of reps.
