7 Burpees + 3 HSPU

2: Metcon (Time)

20 Minute AMRAP or 5 Rounds

400m Run

30 Box Jumps 24/20″

30 Wall Balls 20/14lbs
Take it with a partner – run together then split up reps as needed. One partner working at a time
