1: Overhead Squat (10-10)

Keep this at a light to moderate weight. The idea is to have a solid warm up, hit a few warm up sets. A solid first 10, then pick a slightly bigger weight for your second 10.

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 16:

60 Wallballs (20/14#)

40 Burpees Plate Jumps

20 C2B Pull-ups
