2: Back Squat (6-6-6)

3: Snatch Grip Deadlift (3-3-3)

4: The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

5: Metcon (No Measure)

Gymnastics Accessory

Complete 5 of the following complexes: 5 strict C2B + 5 bar muscle ups + 5 Kipping C2B Pull ups + 5 Kipping Pull ups
