Warm Up
10min – 2 Hang Clean Practice
*Stay light. This is to warm you up for squats

15 min to Find a 1RM Back Squat
*hit a few warm up sets working to heavy and then perform a “walk out” prior to hitting your new 1RM goal

2 Rounds for Max Reps

5 min Max Unbroken KB Swings

*once your set is broken – that is your score – the remainder of the 5 minutes perform Burpees

*rest 2 min
