So here’s how to get started!
1. Attend a Free Workout
This is a great way to meet the coaches and other CrossFit Urban Jungle members as well as test out a workout.

2. Sign up for On Ramp
On Ramp: We recommend you attend On Ramp sessions three times a week for four weeks. We introduce you to the basic skills, movements, mobility WOD’s to enhance your workouts, and methods we use at CrossFit Urban Jungle during these sessions with an emphasis on safety and technique. Upon completion you will have been exposed to most of the movements that you will encounter in workouts at DTFitness. On Ramp must be scheduled with a coach.

3. CrossFit Group Classes
After completion of On Ramp, join the Cross Urban Jungle classes!
FREE THREE-DAY MEMBERSHIP TRIAL
Our introductory session is every Saturday at 10:00am unless noted otherwise by our Trainers, Facebook, Twitter, or Website.
The Free Three-Day Membership Trial consists of 1 Free “ON-RAMP” Class by appointed and 2 Free classes with fellow CrossFit Urban Jungle members.
This intro session is designed for everyone at every level of fitness. During this session you will have the opportunity to experience our programming, see our facility, and discuss with us any questions or concerns you might have. Our FREE workouts are “scalable” to any level of fitness, so don’t worry if you have not worked out in a while or not at all. Bring
a friend or family member!
Remember to start your day with a healthy breakfast and stay hydrated through out the day and prior your workout. Bring your own water or sports drink and wear light weight clothes and comfortable shoes.
